RESERVATION
POLICY:
Single/double
occupancy. The evening you check-in we offer you a glass of wine, cheese and chocolate reception between
5-6:00 pm. Full turn down service, evening port with chocolates
and a full hearty award
winning breakfast or healthy lite breakfast is included in your room
rate.
Check-in
is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Please pre-arrange for late arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Due
to the historic nature of the Cocoa Cottage Bed and Breakfast and
for the safety and comfort of all our guests, burning of candles
and smoking are not
permitted and we can not accommodate pets.
We
cannot accommodate children under 14.
2-night
minimum stay required summer weekends and holidays.
Reservations are secured with MC or Visa. Travelers Checks and Cash Accepted.
A
prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount, secured by valid
credit card will confirm your reservation with the balance due upon
arrival. Whole-House (3-4 Rooms)
Bookings require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
The
Cocoa Cottage is an intimate Bed and Breakfast Inn, consequently, cancellations affect us significantly.
Cancellations made up to 8
days before the arrival date will result in a full refund of your
deposit, less a $25 administrative fee per room. Cancellations made
within 8 days of your arrival date will result in the
forfeiture of the deposit, unless we are able to re-book the room(s),
then just the $25.00 administrative fee per room will be charged.
No-shows are charged 100% of the entire reservation.
Whole-House (3-4 Rooms)
Bookings require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit. Cancellations
made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the
remaining 50% balance less rooms we are able to rebook.
Guests
are responsible for any damage or loss caused to our guest rooms.
The value of unauthorized items removed from the Cocoa Cottage will
be charged to your credit card.

are subject to applicable taxes and change without notice.
