2-8 oz.
packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp.
of liquid from the artichokes
3 cloves of roasted garlic
Sprinkle of Dill Weed
In a
large bowl, mix all ingredients-except the dill-together until well
blended.
Transfer
to a baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with dill. Bake uncovered at 350º for
30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Serve
with crackers or sliced baguette.
